Terms of Service

Listings. Free listings are provided as-is. You confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to list the stand (or are acting in good faith for its owner, who may ask us to remove it). We may edit or remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful or abusive.

Paid page. $10 USD per month, billed by Stripe, cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt. Cancelling returns your listing to the free map pin at the end of the period. We make no guarantee of search ranking or sales.

Food safety. Stand owners are responsible for complying with local cottage-food and health laws. We do not inspect or endorse any stand.

Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
